The Production Brewery--The Mad Anthony Production Brewery, 1121 Taylor Street, is a 2500 square foot "pole barn" style building, which is located in the parking lot of our restaurant and original brewery. This
location produces all bottled beer, draft account beer, and beer for local festivals.
The brewery itself is a 15 barrel Bohemian brewery with a beautiful copper brew house, two fifteen barrel fermenters and a thirty barret fermenter. Three fifteen barrel bright tanks give the Mad Anthony beers room for conditioning. All bottling is currently performed on an older model Meheen style bottler with a capacity of 30-50 cases per hour.

The "Brew House"--The "original" Mad Anthony Brewery, as seen behind the four foot windows in the brewery dining room, was used from Feb. 1998 to the spring of 2001 to produce Mad Anthony beer for the restaurant as well as all bottled and draft account beer. Now the brewery produces all draft beer served in the restaurant only.
The brew house is a 7 barrel direct fired brew house custom built by Cross Distributing Company in Springville, California. Originally it was supported by 4 seven barrel fermenters and 6 serving tanks, but 2 serving tanks, as well as a fourteen barret fermenter and brite beer tank were added later to meet increasing demand. The brewery is situated in a tiny 500 square foot room where the brewery was set into place before building the front wall with windows.
